We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to support daily inventory operations in our warehouse or distribution center. This role is responsible for tracking inventory accuracy, assisting with receiving and shipping, and maintaining organized stock locations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory counts (cycle counts and full counts)
• Track inventory levels and report discrepancies
• Receive, label, and store incoming shipments
• Assist with picking, packing, and staging orders as needed
• Update inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Maintain clean and organized inventory locations
• Follow safety, quality, and company procedures at all times
• Communicate inventory issues to supervisors promptly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus (not required)
• Basic computer skills (scanners, tablets, or inventory software)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.40 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
