We are partnering with our client to identify a strategic and technical AI Solutions Lead to spearhead the integration of artificial intelligence. This individual will serve as the primary architect of our client's internal AI adoption strategy, balancing rapid innovation with a robust governance framework. The Lead will act as a consultant to various business units, identifying high-impact opportunities to automate workflows and enhance decision-making while ensuring all deployments remain compliant and ethical.

What You'll Do:

• Define and execute a multi-year AI roadmap that aligns with broader organizational growth and efficiency goals.
• Establish and maintain guidelines for AI usage, overseeing the centralized registry of all machine learning and automated tools.
• Direct the full lifecycle of AI initiatives, from initial feasibility studies and vendor vetting to production-ready deployments.
• Lead internal steering committees to synchronize AI goals across Legal, Risk, IT, and Operations departments.
• Manage the configuration of enterprise-scale AI productivity suites and large language model services within cloud environments.
• Design and enforce guardrails regarding data privacy, model bias, and transparency to meet the requirements of a high-stakes, regulated business environment.
• Serve as the technical authority for evaluating third-party AI software, ensuring external tools meet internal security and performance standards.

What you bring to the table:

• 4+ years of experience leading digital transformation or AI-driven projects, with a clear history of taking concepts to scale.
• Deep understanding of operating within a regulated landscape (e.g., Financial Services, Legal, or Insurance) where audit trails and compliance are non-negotiable.
• Advanced proficiency with cloud-based AI ecosystems, enterprise governance platforms, and API-based integrations.
• A self-starter capable of navigating ambiguity and pivoting strategies as the technological landscape evolves.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Information Systems) or equivalent senior-level experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and mentor technical teams simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
