Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technology Manager to assist with our company’s technological initiatives and innovative efforts. The ideal candidate will assist with the development, implementation, and management of the company's IT systems, infrastructure, and software solutions. This role requires a strong individual with expertise in computer science, IT management, and emerging technologies. The Technology Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to align technology strategies with business objectives, ensuring operational excellence and security across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the developing, implementing and execution of technology strategies aligned with company goals.
- Assist with the management of the company's IT and data including phone systems and software programs. Set up and configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices and user accounts for onboarding and offboarding. Manage IT assets, including forecasting needs.
- Monitor the use and implementation of new and existing technologies across departments. Provide first-line IT help desk support to employees by troubleshooting software, hardware and network issues.
- Use technology to enhance products and services.
- Research new technologies that could improve business.
- Improve the employee/customer experience through technology and communication.
- Stay updated on regulations and implement data protections measures to safeguard sensitive information.
Skills
- Knowledge of network and PC hardware including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Windows Desktop, MS Outlook and PC hardware configuration.
- Experience managing employee logins and permissions.

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years’ experience in IT operations and/or help desk.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
- Strong communication skills across multiple departments.
- Available after hours and on weekends for emergencies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
