About the role:
The IT Manager will oversee all technology aspects of the company, including maintaining networks, servers, desktops, workstations, applications, and telecommunications. He/she will also use analytical skills to provide insight and recommendations to the executive team and collaborate with other departments to manage projects and optimize performance.
The position will report to the VP.
Role Responsibilities:

- Ability to prioritize and take ownership of multiple tasks according to the needs of management; Expert understanding and working knowledge of TCP/IP, remote access, SSLVP, access-control lists, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and dynamic routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF and EIGRP.
- Manage the day-to-day IT operations of the physical IT Infrastructure and network; Experience and understanding of Networks (WAN, LAN, Wireless, etc.), IPT, Mobility and other technical service areas.
- Must have experience setting up server and desktop hardware.
- VOIP solutions and troubleshooting.
- Monitor systems and platforms for availability and performance.
- Install and test upgrades and patches.
- Manage MS SQL, MS Access.
- Maintain and administer network standards, documentation, processes, and procedures.
- Manage the delivery of level technical support services to on-site and remote users, using both local and remote resources.
- Manage IT Infrastructure projects and represent IT Infrastructure.
- Procure, deploy, and manage IT Infrastructure components and services according to corporate standards and local business needs.
- Design, plan, and implement hardware and software upgrades, third-party application deployments and general IT Infrastructure improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships for support of IT Infrastructure.
- Analyze and sustain capacity and performance requirements.
- Oversee with advanced competency routing, switching, security firewall, load balancers, VPNs and MPLS.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 3-5+ years of IT Project Management experience including managing complex IT projects.
- Strong management, collaboration and team building skills and demonstrated experience working with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, prior experience interfacing with executive level management, creating and giving senior level presentations.
- Experience working with protocols and technologies such as IP, BGP, IGMP, DNS, HTTP.
- Working knowledge of VMWare, virtual server environments and SAN solutions.
- Exceptional knowledge of TCP/IP networking, preferably including VoIP.
- Must have over 3 years of experience working with Windows Server and computer hardware.
- Must have 1-3 years’ Security experience.
- Experience in a matrix global organization, ideally with multiple business lines.
- Proven history of success in risk management, and system planning and analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in integrations related to mergers and consolidations.
- Adept in technology management and processes, including needs assessment and project planning from concept to completion.
- Demonstrated capabilities to partner and influence at the Senior level.
- Strong Time Management and multi-tasking; ability to follow through to reach resolution of day-to-day issues and ensure alignment of project milestones and timelines.
Education and Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience as an IT Director or Manager.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
