Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Service Manager and Architect to lead our organization's technology applications and service delivery to customers. In this role, you will be designing, implementing, and managing complex IT systems, ensuring alignment with business goals, and maintaining high standards of security, performance, and reliability. You will also be leading a technology team, directing and managing projects, and working with customer teams to define scope, requirements, and timelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to IT governance and innovation.

Duties

  • Develop and oversee the architecture & design of enterprise-wide IT applications and integrations
  • Manage the deployment and maintenance of commercial and custom applications
  • Lead the planning and execution of IT projects utilizing Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
  • Manage customer requests, priorities, and task assignment to team
  • Oversee application management tasks involving CRM, ERP, and related software, cloud integrations, reports
  • Ensure business continuity planning through disaster recovery strategies and backup solutions
  • Manage vendor relationships for hardware/software procurement and support services while ensuring compliance with IT governance standards such as ITIL
  • Supervise a team of IT professionals by providing leadership in project management, organizational development, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain documentation using tools like Confluence and Jira for incident tracking, change management, and service requests
  • Conduct analysis to identify system improvements; implement best practices for IT service management aligned with organizational objectives

Skills

  • Extensive experience with Service Management
  • Extensive experience with CRM, PSA, and ERP applications such as Connectwise, Sage Intacct, and Salesforce
  • Strong knowledge of cloud based integrations, and tools such as tray.io and zapier
  • Good experience with databases such as SQL Server and strong knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of reporting platforms such as Power BI
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks like ITIL; strong familiarity with Jira
  • Project management skills utilizing Agile methodologies; ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement; organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Leadership qualities with supervising experience in an enterprise environment; ability to develop strategic roadmaps for IT applications
  • Candidates should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of modern IT application architecture combined with strong leadership capabilities to drive innovation and operational efficiency

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
