We’re looking for a Lead Systems Engineer to join our elite project team. This “player/coach” role balances hands-on engineering with leadership—executing key projects while helping guide the direction of our cloud and infrastructure services.

In This Role, You Will:

· Lead complex IT projects—from cloud migrations to server and network deployments.

· Guide clients through Microsoft 365 and Azure transformations.

· Assess, design, and implement IT infrastructure aligned with business goals.

· Collaborate with Sales and Presales on scoping and architecture.

· Serve as a technical mentor and emerging leader within the project team.

What You Bring:

· 10+ years of experience in IT, with leadership in complex infrastructure or cloud projects. Team leadership or management experience preferred.

· Expertise in M365, Azure, virtualization, networking, and storage.

· Familiarity with MSP tools like ConnectWise, NinjaOne, or Kaseya.

· Strong communication skills and a consultative mindset.

· Certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator/Architect or M365 Enterprise Admin preferred.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable local travel availability.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
