Quality Network Solutions is an IT company that services K-12 School Districts as well as Commercial Business Customers. This position will service our K-12 customers.

Network Administrator

Quality Network Solutions (QNS) is searching for a Network Administrator to join our growing team of technology support professionals. This position is ideal for an experienced candidate with two or more years of experience.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will maintain and support our customer’s servers, desktops, laptops, network infrastructure, printers, and firewalls. The successful candidate will also provide software and end user support both onsite and remotely. This position requires someone who is highly motivated, a self-starter and a very good communicator. Travel to customer sites required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain networked computers (primarily Windows 10). This includes new installs, upgrades, and imaging.
• Assist with server administration (Windows Server 2012R2 and Windows Server 2016) including Active Directory, group policies, backups, user management, scripting, and software deployment)
• Provide help desk support onsite and remote.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing Active Directory including user accounts and group policies.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.

Solid working knowledge of Windows operating systems (Win10, Server 2012 and Server 2016).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• A+ or MCP certification is a plus.
• Good communication skills.

Job Type: Temporary July 14, 2025 - September 26, 2025 - Potential to go full time with company, but not guaranteed.

Hourly: $20.00
