Support the project lead and key stakeholder to coordinate and monitor technical projects from ideation through delivery,

Participate in the low-level design discussions of various standalone and customer centric applications and contribute to successful delivery.

Regularly engage with customers to understand and validate evolving business needs and gather the necessary inputs to enhance the product.

Accurately estimate and design efficient solutions based on customer requirements.

Lead, evaluate, and iterate on team processes, looking for ways to improve and influence current practices.

Improve existing designs to reduce latency for the existing applications to make them more robust and perform requests in a much more effective manner.

Coordinate with multiple teams of Developers, admins, Testing Team, UAT Team, Business users and provide solutions for improvement of code quality, increase performance and scalability for deployed data product.

Prepare internal documentation for all the features developed and newly configured APIs.

Monitor Deployment process, ensuring the proper steps are followed. Evaluate performance of software post deployment.

Perform code reviews for Junior Developers and ensure the quality of code being maintained.

Mentor new team members and provide technical guidance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $154,662.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
