Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Lead with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in AEM Sites and Assets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of AEM solutions, leveraging their expertise to support our organization's content management and digital asset management needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AEM Development: Develop, implement, and configure web content management solutions using AEM (Sites and Assets).
  • Asset Management: Manage the full lifecycle of digital assets in AEM Assets (Enterprise DAM), ensuring proper tagging, categorization, and organization of digital content.
  • Integration: Integrate AEM with third-party services and external APIs to enhance content delivery across multiple platforms and channels.
  • Customization & Configuration: Customize AEM components, templates, and workflows according to project needs, ensuring best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, marketing teams, and content authors to ensure seamless and efficient content delivery.
  • Optimization: Optimize performance of AEM Sites and Assets for improved user experience and reduced load times.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and scalability of AEM applications.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AEM configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Training: Provide support and training to content authors, marketing teams, and other stakeholders on the use of AEM Sites and Assets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites (CMS) and Assets (Enterprise DAM).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in AEM 6.5 or later versions.
  • Experience with Java, JCR (Java Content Repository), Sling, and OSGi frameworks.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining large-scale digital asset libraries.
  • Integration Experience: Familiarity with integrating AEM with external systems, such as CRMs, CDNs, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work across different teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM Sites or Assets is preferred.
  • Project Management: Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is beneficial.
  • Leadership: Previous experience leading a team or mentoring junior developers is an advantage

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $80.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
