IT Manager – Financial Institution
Position Summary:
The IT Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and management of all technology systems and infrastructure within the business. This role ensures that IT operations support strategic goals, maintain security and compliance, and deliver reliable, efficient service to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead IT strategy, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives to support operations
· Manage core systems, networks, and vendor relationships to ensure high availability and regulatory compliance
· Oversee IT staff and daily operations, ensuring secure, efficient, and member-focused technology solutions
· Develop and enforce policies for data protection, system integrity, and business continuity
· Plan and manage the IT budget, projects, and technology roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives
· Microsoft 365 admin for the organization
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
· 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including management
· Strong knowledge of 365, technology systems, and cybersecurity standards
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
