Subway Crew Member – Sandwich Artist
As a Subway Crew Member – Sandwich Artist, you'll craft delicious sandwiches while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and efficient restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with menu selections, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to Subway's standards and customer specifications.
- Operate and maintain food preparation equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including food preparation and customer service areas.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
- Stock and replenish ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and preparing the restaurant for service.
Requirements:
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
