Warehouse Associate – Temp-to-Hire | Eagan, MN

Shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.50 per hour (based on experience)

We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Eagan, MN. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accurate inspection, storage, and shipment of products in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and inspect incoming products for damage or discrepancies

• Process returned materials and prepare products for shipment

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

• Utilize a two-wheel dolly to move materials safely and efficiently

• Support the accurate and timely flow of goods from receipt to shipment

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for up to 8 hours per shift

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills

• Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check
