Job description
Position Overview:
They will work closely with peers on the Admin and Sales Teams and will be responsible for the development and implementation of IT solutions involving managed service and data security. The successful candidate will possess a high degree of enthusiasm, dedication, and outside of the box thinking.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Support Nexen software installation/uninstallation (DRM, VPN, WMS, QMS, SAP, etc.)
2. Provide IT training for new hires
3. IT Budget Planning and IT Payment Processing
4. Purchase and manage IT Asset
5. Documents solutions, systems configurations, and operating procedures
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members
7. Optimize and support network, security, software, and hardware
8. Perform IT site surveys, troubleshooting, provide strategic technical guidance to team members
9. Provide on-call support to respond to emergencies
10. Builds or maintains solutions that leverage technology to meet our business needs;
11. Update the company’s Knowledgeable base as required
12. Building and developing and deploying quality phone solutions
13. Design, implement and support business-class server-based networks
Technical Experience:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Intimate knowledge and experience with MS Outlook and MS Office product.
3. Excellent knowledge of Active Directory and VMware
4. Intimate knowledge and experience with Windows troubleshooting tools and techniques
5. Excellent knowledge of networking principles and IP configuration
6. Experience with network equipment configuration/troubleshooting and security
7. Excellent knowledge of troubleshooting wireless networks, interference, and propagation
8. IT security governance and compliance
9. Penetration tests and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications/Competencies/Position Requirements:
1. TEAM player, results-oriented, professional, and reliable
2. Self-motivated and focused with a passion for technology and an aptitude for customer satisfaction
3. Possesses strong analytical, out of the box and trouble shooting skills
4. 5 years of IT experience with at least 3 years as Systems/Network Admin/Engineer
5. Ability to keep communications confidential
6. Bilingual (Korean)-Preferred
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
2. Five to ten years of industry experience (in lieu of education)
Working Hours:
8am-5pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Hours may vary and could require evening or weekend work (rarely).
Working Environment:
Work performed in an office setting. Must be able to carry/lift 50 lbs without assistance.

Company provided computer, e-mail, copier, fax, phone, and other standard office equipment

Ability to travel periodically

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
