Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled and creative UX/UI Designer to join our in-house team at our Tarzana headquarters. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the design and user experience across Regenics’ digital ecosystem — including web, mobile, and in-office touchpoints. You’ll work closely with marketing, development, and operations to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, high-converting designs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and iterate on wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for desktop and mobile
- Own and maintain Regenics’ design system and visual style guide
- Create engaging, intuitive user flows for subscription plans, telehealth bookings, product purchases, and account management
- Conduct user research and implement feedback loops to drive product improvements
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing to ensure designs are executed faithfully and efficiently
- Support A/B testing and CRO initiatives with data-driven design recommendations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in health, wellness, e-commerce, or telehealth
- Expert proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and functional interfaces
- Solid understanding of responsive design, usability, and accessibility best practices
- Ability to work cross-functionally with developers, marketers, and clinical teams
- Bonus: Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or front-end collaboration is a plus
