About the Role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join a high-growth AI company building the core intelligence layer for professional services and software implementation teams. This is a hands-on role focused on building full-stack and AI-driven systems that automate discovery, documentation, and decision-making at enterprise scale.

You will work closely with operations, go-to-market, and deployed services teams to design and ship high-performance applications. This role is suited for engineers who thrive in fast-paced environments, value execution over process, and want to build foundational systems with real-world impact.

This position is based in New York City and requires working in-office 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-grade application interfaces
• Build and optimize complex agentic and AI-driven workflows
• Architect and develop full-stack infrastructure for high-performance systems
• Work with large volumes of unstructured enterprise data
• Implement and evaluate LLM-based solutions across application-layer use cases
• Own features end-to-end, from design through deployment
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing value

Requirements

• Strong fundamentals in software engineering and computer science
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript (Next.js experience preferred)
• Experience building full-stack systems or AI-integrated applications
• Ability to ship features end-to-end with speed and quality
• Strong problem-solving skills and product intuition
• Comfortable working full-time from an NYC office
• Clear communicator and strong team collaborator
• Demonstrated ability to build (personal projects, startups, internships, or open-source work)

Nice to Have

• Experience with React / Next.js or backend infrastructure
• Prior startup experience or early-stage company exposure
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI workflows, or agent-based systems
• Active GitHub, hackathon wins, or shipped side projects

Pay: $175,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
