IT Security Analyst – Archbold, Ohio

Key Responsibilities

As an IT Security Analyst, you will take ownership of critical security functions, including:

  • Reviewing system security reports and addressing vulnerabilities efficiently.
  • Driving cybersecurity initiatives to strengthen defenses and ensure policy compliance.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to analyze security scan results and guide remediation efforts.
  • Identifying and resolving vulnerabilities in on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Assisting Systems and Network teams with security design and implementation.
  • Managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) parameters and resolving security triggers.
  • Advising on security controls to balance protection with operational efficiency.
  • Supporting audit processes for regulatory compliance and risk management.

  • Three or more years of experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, penetration testing, or related roles.
  • Strong ability to analyze security reports, prioritize findings, and lead remediation efforts.
  • Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and network security protocols.
  • Understanding of system security frameworks, compliance policies, and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent experience (or relevant industry certifications).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
