The MSP IT Operations Manager Expected to have:

• Experience overseeing clients computer systems, ensuring the systems are operating smoothly and optimally.
• Experience with implementation and maintenance of clients technology infrastructure.
• IT MSP Server Infrastructure, and Networking experience.
• P & L experience and responsibility for operations profitability.
• MSP Supervisor or Manager experience.
• MSP Project Management and Service Delivery experience.
• B to B experience providing service delivery.
• Experience communicating and providing input to executives and ensure the IT operations is running efficiently and effectively and driving the desired company results.
• Experience supporting the sales and business development for continued internal and net new growth.

Must have:

• Experience designing network road maps.
• Experience leading multiple direct reports.
• Proven experience in IT network and server infrastructure design experience, business solutions IT planning and road mapping.
• Can do attitude, teamwork focus, and growth mindset who is willing and able to help grow other department leaders.
• Willing and able to be a hands on working manager, able to see the big picture and articulate the plan, process, and systems to the team.
• Work with project teams to help design and implement internal systems
• Run and share regular operation system reports with senior staff
• Oversee and manage department budget
• Stay current with the latest technologies and issues in the IT industry, including current technologies and prices
• Advise on future IT investments

Summary

As the IT Service and Projects Manager, you will oversee the delivery of technical support and project management within our organization. Reporting to senior management, your role will focus on ensuring business continuity and effective computer networking. You will leverage your core skills in management and supervising experience to lead a team, while your premium skills in IT and methodologies to drive project success. Strong communication and budgeting abilities will be essential as you manage resources and contribute to the overall IT strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT service management and project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage and support computer networking, server management, firewall configurations, and network designing.
• Lead budgeting and profit & loss analysis to optimize resource allocation.
• Supervise and mentor IT staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Implement business continuity planning and technical support strategies to enhance operational resilience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
