As a Virtual Concierge at WrightChat, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service to new patients. Your primary responsibility will be answering incoming phone calls and addressing patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a warm and welcoming experience to all callers.

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls from new patients promptly and professionally
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively
- Assisting patients with scheduling appointments and providing necessary information
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience
- Multitasking efficiently to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center environment strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality setting required
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively and handle a high volume of calls
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Coachable and open to feedback for continuous improvement
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating various software applications
