Position: AI & Data Integration Engineer
Duration: Perm
Location: Livonia, MI – in office 4 days a week, 1 day remote (9am-5pm)
Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 per year annual salary.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data science focused on AI tools and integration.
- Self-starter and strong communication skills
Plusses:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with SQL and Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to compare human-generated text from unstructured data.
- Relevant experience as a SharePoint Developer or Database Administrator.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer or SharePoint certification
Summary:
This role focuses on simplifying organizational processes by building databases, web-based systems, and SharePoint solutions for seamless data input and collaboration. You’ll leverage AI tools to analyze competitive OEM data, create visualizations like pie charts, and draw actionable conclusions to improve quality, prioritize initiatives, and drive cost reductions. The position requires strong skills in software development, data collection, and AI-driven analysis to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage advanced data analytics to blend multiple data sources and deliver actionable insights that clearly tell a story to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement AI-driven dashboards in Qlik, using machine learning outputs as the foundation for interactive visualizations and decision-making tools.
- Identify business challenges and execute AI technologies to increase day-to-day efficiency.
- Develop and manage AI language model’s workflow to aid in product development and VA/VE.
- Leverage domain expertise, statistical analysis, and AI/ML modeling to optimize processes.
- Design strategies to streamline data collaboration across teams, ensuring efficient knowledge sharing.
- Establish AI-powered workflows for data analysis and automation within SharePoints and related platforms.
- Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and permissions.
- Provide day-to-day support for users, including troubleshooting access issues, document management, and site functionality.
- Assist with content organization and metadata to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Train team on best practices for collaboration, file sharing, and version control.
- Knowledge of data visualization and reporting (Power BI, Excel, or WorkBoard dashboards).
