We are developing our flagship product: Pump.Sport, a social platform that allows users to video chat with other fans about their favorite sports teams.

The Role
We’re looking for a Lead UI UX Designer to join the founding team. This is an equity-only role initially, with the same risk profile as the existing founders. You’ll have real ownership, real influence, and a meaningful stake in what we’re building.

What You’ll Work On

• Create all digital assets including wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and design specs using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Apply best practices in usability, accessibility, and responsive design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design engaging and intuitive user experiences using an iterative lean UX approach of continuous improvement

Who This Is a Good Fit For

• 5+ years as an interaction or product designer with a strong track record of crafting user interfaces that engage and delight users
• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction and visual design skills
• 5+ years of recent proficiency in industry-standard UX tools, preferred experience with Figma but open to additional technologies
• You’re interested in ownership, not just a title
• You can commit meaningful time alongside other responsibilities

Equity & Commitment
Equity: 3–6% (depending on fit and involvement)
Vesting: Standard founder vesting
Salary: None initially, until seed round is closed
Time commitment: ~25–40 hrs/week preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
