Role: PowerBI Developer
Pay Rate Range: $55/hr to $65/hr ( Negotiable based on experience & engagement terms)
Description:
- Lead the design and development of advanced Power BI dashboards and reports focused on telecom KPIs such as churn, ARPU, network performance, and customer behavior analytics.
- Architect efficient data models and DAX calculations to support real-time and historical analysis across large-scale datasets.
- Integrate Power BI with multiple telecom data sources including OSS/BSS systems, CRM, data warehouses, and cloud-based platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers to gather requirements and deliver scalable BI solutions that drive operational efficiency and customer insights.
- Optimize report performance through best practices in data modeling, indexing, and incremental refresh strategies.
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage access controls to ensure secure and compliant data usage.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish development standards and documentation practices across the BI team.
- Provide support for Power BI Service administration, deployment pipelines, usage monitoring, and integration with enterprise tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate).
