About the Role
Our client is seeking a Solution Architect to design, integrate, and deliver enterprise-grade technology solutions that improve scalability, reliability, and performance across the organization. This role bridges business objectives and technology strategy, ensuring cohesive architecture across applications, data, and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain end-to-end solution architectures for key business initiatives.
- Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to translate functional needs into scalable designs.
- Lead solution design sessions covering APIs, microservices, integrations, and data flows.
- Ensure alignment between cloud, application, and data architecture strategies.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations aligned with enterprise standards.
- Guide development teams on architectural best practices, security, and performance.
- Support modernization initiatives, cloud adoption, and integration of legacy systems.
- Document solutions and provide architectural governance through delivery lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software or systems architecture.
- Proven experience designing and integrating enterprise systems using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Strong background with APIs, microservices, and middleware integration patterns.
- Understanding of modern architecture frameworks and best practices (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in multi-entity or distributed environments (retail, manufacturing, or transportation a plus).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of enterprise data flows, event-driven systems, or MDM concepts.

Pay: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
