​Work Experience

• ​5–9 years of progressive experience in a related Information Technology Services (ITS) role.
• Strong working knowledge of computers, laptops, tablets, servers, mobile devices, and virtualized environments.
• Hands-on experience with networking concepts and technologies, including network switches, TCP/IP, and packet capture tools.
• Proven experience administering and supporting VMware and Microsoft Server environments.
• Experience with Microsoft SCCM and Active Directory administration.
• Expertise supporting Microsoft O365, including Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
• Demonstrated experience investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving help desk service requests using ticketing/help desk systems.
• Prior experience supporting IT operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of VLAN concepts and configurations.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell commands and scripting fundamentals.
• Familiarity with wireless technologies such as Aruba, Aerohive, and Cisco.
• Experience with network traffic capture techniques and tools.
• Understanding of DHCP, VLANs, and SSH protocols.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Windows operating systems, both desktop and server.
• Veeam backup experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts, departmental procedures, policies, and information requests across all levels of the organization.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
