Job description
- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to maintain and continue to enhance our company website. Candidate should have design skills, experience with paid search, creating and editing webpages and a understanding of the services in the IT field we provide. PC Professional has been a managed services company for the past 44 years. Our goal is to bring management of our website in house and to be expand to purchasing ads etc.
Duties
- Develop and maintain responsive existing website developed in Wordpress
- Implement conversion optimization strategies to improve user engagement and increase sales.
- Utilize content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress to manage website content effectively.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to enhance search engine visibility.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other web analytics tools.
- Manage metadata and ensure proper link building practices are followed.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate SEM strategies into web projects.
- Enhance site through the creation of relevant additional content.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in web development, SEO tools, and digital marketing strategies.
- Assist with social media management to ensure cohesive branding across platforms.
- Create blogs focused on our managed service offerings.
- Improve our visibility on local mapping
Requirements
- Proficiency in WordPress.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other web analytics tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including SEM and social media management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
