Job description

We are a busy restaurant in downtown West Palm Beach looking for a hands-on Restaurant Marketing Manager whose ONLY goal is to drive real guest traffic into the restaurant.

This role is 100% focused on filling tables.
It is not about branding, content calendars, followers, or awareness campaigns.

If your experience is mostly social media content or brand marketing, this role is not a fit.

Responsibilities

  • Drive phone calls, reservations, and walk-in traffic through paid advertising
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Maps, Call-focused campaigns)
  • Manage Facebook & Instagram Ads strictly for:
  • calls
  • reservations
  • immediate local demand
  • Optimize Google Business Profile for local visibility and conversions
  • Monitor and improve:
  • cost per call
  • cost per reservation
  • guest traffic by day and time
  • Pause, adjust, or change campaigns that do not bring guests
  • Launch short-term promotions tied to real restaurant demand (today / this week)

Requirements

  • Proven experience driving real-world foot traffic for a restaurant or local business
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Clear understanding that success = guests in the restaurant
  • Comfortable working with numbers, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Must be locally based in or near West Palm Beach, FL

What Success Looks Like

  • Phones ringing consistently
  • Tables being reserved
  • Noticeable increase in walk-ins
  • Advertising spend that directly supports revenue

Compensation

  • $2,000–$3,000 per month (part-time)
  • Monthly performance bonus based on growth in reservations and phone calls
  • Opportunity to grow with the business based on results
