We're looking for a well-rounded and experienced Sr. Systems Administrator to assist our team in managing and maintaining IT systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will be able to handle complex issues, ensure seamless operations, and collaborate on innovative projects. It is essential that the successful candidate has a background in server administration, networking concepts, data backup procedures, storage management best practices. Your role will be critical in delivering reliable IT solutions and driving client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding and addressing client needs effectively.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client systems and procedures.
- Administer and maintain servers, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SonicWall firewalls and network security solutions.
- Manage and optimize Office 365 environments, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware.
- Provide advanced technical support for escalated client issues.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Veeam or Datto endpoint
- Collaborate with internal and client teams on IT project planning and execution.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work with a team to ensure that all servers are functioning properly.
- Work with a team to upgrade network infrastructure as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- 4+ As a System Administrator , preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Proficiency in Servers, Office 365, SonicWall, Hyper-V, VMware, and networking concepts.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA Network+/Security+, VMware Certified Professional) are highly preferred.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with a commitment to delivering excellent client service.

Pay: $64,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
