About us

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our technology strategy and ensure our systems support business growth, security, and operational efficiency.

Position Summary
The IT Director will oversee all aspects of the organization’s information technology operations, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, and team leadership. This role is responsible for aligning IT initiatives with business goals and driving innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s IT strategy and roadmap
• Lead and manage the IT team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
• Oversee IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud services, and systems)
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance
• Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships
• Plan and implement technology projects (system upgrades, migrations, integrations)
• Establish and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Collaborate with executive leadership on technology-driven initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Preferred)
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity
• Experience with IT governance, risk management, and compliance
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
