We are Island Craves Kauai and we are so excited to grow our family here in Kapaa! Positions in the kitchen are open in these upcoming weeks so we want to open our interviews for any new potential members.

As we continue to expand our business, we are looking to bring on committed and experienced team members for a long-term position. We are willing to educate our trade to the right individuals with prior kitchen or food beverage experience on hand. We are looking for individuals who are committed to growth and who can thrive in a teamwork environment, knowing there is always more than one job to be done.

Must be a team player and on time.

Duties include

-Making pizzas, burgers, and other menu items.

- Prep work- Cut up Vegetables - Prepare things following our reciepe.

-Cleaning and maintaing a clean environment at all times.

• Must be able to work long hours standing for most of the shift.
• Well and able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to follow recipes and protocols while maintaining a clean work environment
• High-paced environment the requires a high level of multi-tasking.
• Willingness and good attitude to join a young and growing team.
• Follow sanitation and health guidelines.
• Good communication skills and ability to handle pressure.
• Reliable form of transportation
• Weekend availability is required.
• Pay is based on experience and dedication to business, plus tips.
• Potential to earn steady and reliable income if desire and drive are shown.
• Paid Vacation and full benefits for the right candidates after 90 days.
