We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our expanding team. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients across multiple time zones.

Job Overview:

The Appointment Setter will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, scheduling meetings for our sales and export management teams, and maintaining strong communication with current partners. You will serve as the first point of contact, representing the company’s professionalism and dedication to quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and send emails to potential and existing clients to schedule meetings and follow-ups.
  • Maintain daily activity logs and appointment records using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with sales and export managers to coordinate meeting times and ensure schedule efficiency.
  • Follow up with prospects who have shown interest in the company’s export services.
  • Provide detailed information about company services and assist clients in understanding available export solutions.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while representing the company.
  • Perform light administrative duties to support the business development team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales support, or appointment setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Comfortable working with CRM software and scheduling tools.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an advantage but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,846.00 - $4,632.00 per month
