Required Qualifications:

• Expert-level Oracle Database Administration knowledge and enterprise-level DBA leadership
• Advanced experience with RAC, DataGuard, GoldenGate, and performance tuning
• Design and execution of large-scale backup, recovery, patching, and upgrade strategies
• Deep expertise in performance optimization, database architecture, and high-volume workloads
• Strategic use of OEM, automation, onitoring, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Security, audit, compliance, and risk management expertise (SOX, PCI)
• Experience with AWS products/services, AWS RDS, cloud migrations, and decommission planning.

Soft Skills:

• Technical leader and communicator across database management domain and advisor across data management, infrastructure, and security
• Mentors and upskills DBAs;
• Ability influence database architecture, short- or long-term operational strategy
• Acts as escalation point for high-severity incidents, risks, vulnerabilities etc.
• Implement process standardization, best practices, and process improvement across the DBA team
• Strong risk awareness and alignment with the client’s change control frameworks.

Pay: $90.00 - $95.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
