Job description

Overview:
seeking a highly professional Lead Executive Support Specialist to provide world-class technical support to our corporate executives. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for technology needs across C-level leadership, ensuring seamless operation of their devices, communication tools, and meeting environments. You’ll oversee a team of experienced IT support professionals, deliver high-touch “white glove” service, and ensure the highest standards of reliability, discretion, and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized, hands-on technical support to C-suite executives and senior leadership.
  • Manage executive computing environments (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) for peak performance and security.
  • Oversee setup and live support of collaboration systems (Teams, WebEx, conferencing technologies).
  • Coordinate with IT, AV, and facilities teams to ensure seamless hybrid meeting experiences.
  • Lead proactive maintenance, technology refreshes, and onboarding for new executives.
  • Act as liaison between IT and executive offices, ensuring timely and discreet resolution of issues.
  • Maintain documentation on executive preferences, recurring issues, and support procedures.
  • Mentor junior staff and implement continuous service improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of IT support experience, including 2+ years in executive or white glove support.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Experience managing incidents in ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge of Teams Room systems and AV conferencing technologies.
  • Excellent communication, discretion, and customer service skills.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Preferred:

  • Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MD-102, Teams Admin Associate).
  • Experience supporting executive travel and hybrid work setups.
  • Knowledge of DoD/DIB compliance and GCCH environments.

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
