We’re looking for a Director of IT who’s not just technically strong, but who truly understands how technology impacts people, both inside the company and on the client side. This person will take ownership of our systems, lead with pride, and make sure every piece of software and every process we use helps create a smoother, more positive experience for everyone involved.
You will be joining an already established team of developers and IT specialists where you’ll oversee everything from infrastructure and security to software implementation and user experience. We want someone who can see the big picture, but who also appreciates the small details that make a system feel effortless to use.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and daily operations for all IT systems, tools, and infrastructure.
- Work closely with other department leaders and senior leadership to understand their needs and turn them into efficient technology solutions.
- Oversee system upgrades, integrations, and implementations to make sure everything works well together.
- Keep data secure, systems stable, and users supported.
- Lead and mentor a technical team that takes pride in solving problems and improving processes.
- Stay current with new technologies and find ways to bring real, measurable improvements to our workflow.
Qualifications
- A proven track record as an IT Manager or IT Director with 5+ years of hands-on experience in the role
- Strong working experience of software solutions and how software works, not just from the technical-side, but also the user's experience
- A sense of pride and craftsmanship in your work
- Excellent communicator who can explain technical concepts and topics in plain language

Base Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
