Overview
Spherion is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to join a dynamic team in Naples, FL. This is a Permanent role with a growing tech company.

Key Roles and Responsibilities include:

· Assist in defining product functionality and priorities in conjunction with the UX/UI design team and technology team.

· Act as the SME for the development teams; answer product functionality questions, manage the product backlog and assume end-to-end ownership of product enhancements.

· Collaborate with the product and design teams on developing intuitive user interfaces across multiple platforms.

· Create Epics and User Stories, run grooming sessions and help to manage releases.

· Research and understand market trends, engage in competitive analysis to drive product strategy and development.

· Support the sales and marketing team during product demos to potential partners.

Core Skills/Experience include:

·Previous work experience as a Product Owner for several years.

· A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar relevant field.

· A passion for bringing B2C and B2B2C products to life.

· Experience in building products in the Loyalty, Travel and Hospitality industry a big plus.

· Ability to develop the product vision and requirements with internal stakeholders and external clients, from the very first meeting.

· Excellent understanding of SDLC, software architecture, and modern product methodologies gained from countless product releases.

·Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira.

· Experience documenting user requirements and converting them into Epics and User stories in Jira or a similar tool.

· Strong history of working with UI/UX designers and developers, in a remote setting.

· Experience working with internal teams and external customers in defining product related KPIs and processes for their measurement.

· Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

·Comfortable interacting with senior level customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
