Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Designer with a strong background in UX/UI design and a proven track record in creating conversion-focused designs for highly competitive industries such as casinos, fintech, or other performance-driven markets. The ideal candidate is skilled in designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that optimize user experience and drive measurable results. This individual will play a key role in improving the performance of our websites and will work closely with developers, marketers, and other team members to deliver impactful designs that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize user-friendly website interfaces with a focus on maximizing user engagement and conversion rates.
• Create high-quality custom icons, banners, and graphics that align with our brand and improve website aesthetics.
• Develop and iterate on design variations for A/B testing to evaluate and improve conversion metrics.
• Understand user behavior and design elements to improve specific KPIs (e.g., click-through rates, form completions, sign-ups).
• Work collaboratively with developers to ensure design assets are easily translated into functional components and meet technical requirements.
• Produce high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for various web pages and components.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices in web design, particularly in competitive, conversion-driven markets.
• Deliver high-quality designs efficiently and on time, maintaining a quick turnaround for projects and updates.
• Regularly analyze performance data and user feedback to refine and improve designs.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in web design, preferably in competitive and conversion-focused industries like casino, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Skills:
• Expertise in UX/UI principles and designing for optimal user experience.
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused design strategies.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
• Basic knowledge of A/B testing principles and the ability to create design variations for testing.
• Familiarity with web development processes and ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Exceptional skills in creating custom icons, banners, and other graphical elements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with responsive design, design systems, and accessibility standards.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and receive feedback constructively.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant experience in UX/UI design, conversion-centric design, and custom graphic creation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with tools for performance tracking and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs translate into code.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
