Job description
Quality Stone Veneer, Inc. is seeking to fill a full-time ERP Systems Administrator position at our Refton, PA administration office.
Qualified applicants will have advanced computer skills, including in Excel and have at least one year of experience working with an ERP system and be able to learn and integrate additional programs seamlessly. Experience working in NetSuite is a plus. He or she will also possess the ability to work independently with minimal oversight from management, problem solve with an analytical mindset and must be very detailed oriented and thorough in all aspects of the job.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Learn customized ERP system, NetSuite, in order to embark on projects and improve optimization for the overall system
Work alongside managers and employees in multiple departments, learning the needs of the business to develop the system as the business grows and evolves
Be capable of pivoting on projects when business needs change and focus on updating, correcting, and implementing incremental changes as needed
Analyzing data related to departmental scorecards and creating reports weekly, daily, quarterly and annually
Serve as the lead contact for various system vendors for program updates and upgrades
Train and educate company wide users on progressive changes being made to ensure successful transitions and effective usage
