River Valley Credit Union is seeking a proactive IT Systems Administrator to join our Information Technology team at our Corporate Office in Miamisburg. You’ll play a key role in supporting our staff, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring our systems run smoothly and securely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations, including hardware, software, and network administration
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees
• Manage user accounts, onboarding/offboarding, and device setup
• Maintain and update IT inventory, install and patch software
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures for compliance
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Keep IT documentation accurate and up to date
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver technology solutions
• Respond to and resolve outages, communicating with users and vendors
