Actively hiring medical professionals (LPNs, RNs, Health Coaches, Social Workers, and Medical Assistants) to join our growing Virtual Care Team.

Team members participate in remote outreach and virtual screenings/guided interactions with members, helping support quality initiatives and improve outcomes. Work is virtual, flexible, and structured with full training provided.

Compensation: $10–$15 per completed visit (pay-per-visit model). Final rate depends on role type, experience, and assignment. Visit average is 10 minutes per call.

Requirements:

• Active New York license required for LPN, RN, and Social Worker roles.
• Health Coaches and MAs should have prior healthcare or preventive care experience.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with virtual platforms.
