Warehouse Associate – High Lift Forklift (Reach Truck) Experience | $23/hour + Incentives

Location: Ephrata, PA (20 minutes from Reading & Lancaster)
Shift: Afternoon/Evening & Night Shifts (8-12 hour schedules)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base pay: $20/hour + $3/hour shift differential
• Incentives: Earn up to $6/hr based on performance

What you get to do:

• Operate high lift (reach truck), electric pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Use warehouse management systems and Vocollect technology to complete tasks.
• Pick orders, replenish pick slots, restock racks, and load/unload trailers when needed.
• Prioritize safety, ensuring a safe work environment.

Experience You Need:

• 6 months+ experience with high lift forklift (reach truck) equipment.
• Commitment to safety and problem-solving.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs., work in a cold storage environment (~35°F), and stand/walk for 10-12 hours.
