Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Shipping Associates to join our team. This position is responsible for manually loading and unloading containers with a focus on safety, efficiency, and attention to detail. The role requires frequent heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manually load and unload boxes, pallets, and other freight into shipping containers
• Lift and move items weighing 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ensure items are securely packed and stacked to prevent damage during transit
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet loading schedules and quotas
• Perform basic documentation or scanning as required
• Report damaged goods or unsafe conditions to management immediately

Requirements:

• Must be able to repeatedly lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
• Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, or manual labor preferred but not required
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments
• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Willing to stand, bend, stoop, and move for long periods
• Steel-toe boots and other PPE required

Physical Demands:

• Frequent heavy lifting, bending, and twisting
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
