Contour Construction is currently seeking hard-working Entry Level Carpenters to work in the Omaha and Lincoln areas. Our reputation for quality workmanship, and the ability to complete projects in a timely manner speak volumes. Attention to detail, dependable and positive attitude is extremely important with a large focus on safety compliance. Steady Year round work.

All candidates must:

• Have legal United States residency and work authorization status
• One Source background check required - Level 2
• Have a current and valid driver’s license or identification card and reliable personal transportation
• Be able to pass pre-employment, random, and annual drug and alcohol screening

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading, placing and installing construction materials
• Light carpentry skills, attention to detail
• Maintain and keep work site clean and orderly at all times
• Safety is top priority (knowledge of overall safety practices.)

Qualifications

• 3 years construction experience preferred
• Framing experience a big plus
• Basic knowledge of construction equipment
• Dependable and attention to detail
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• 10HR OSHA - required or will provide training

Schedule:

• Day shift with occasional change in schedule
• Monday to Friday and possible weekend
• 40 + hours per week and must be able to work OT as needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
