Position Summary: We’re looking for a strategic and curious Data Scientist to help us unlock insights across our Fleet Solutions offerings. You’ll work cross-functionally to analyze customer behavior, forecast trends, optimize pricing and promotions, and support smarter decisions across the business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Modeling & Analysis: Build models to understand usage trends, customer churn, lifetime value, and reseller/channel performance
  • Campaign Insights: Measure the impact of promotions, pricing changes, and onboarding strategies, and recommend next moves
  • Sales & Growth Analytics: Partner with business development to identify growth opportunities
  • Customer Segmentation: Develop profiles to better understand and target different user types
  • Forecasting & Planning: Create predictive models for fuel usage, savings impact, and customer growth
  • Data Infrastructure Support: Help shape the tools and processes used to collect, clean, and visualize our data
  • Reporting: Build dashboards and recurring reports that are clear, actionable, and executive-ready
  • Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across sales, marketing, ops, and tech to align on metrics and priorities

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a similar role
  • Proficient in SQL, Python and/or R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong grasp of statistical modeling, forecasting, and A/B testing
  • Comfortable working with imperfect data and creating clarity from complexity
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical results to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excited by the idea of building something new, not just optimizing what already exists
