Lightspeed Voice/Lightspeed Solutions, a leading provider of AI-powered communication, cybersecurity, and outsourced IT solutions, delivering scalable, flexible, and reliable services to businesses nationwide. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized Managed Services professional to support our rapidly expanding division and day-to-day Managed Services needs with a high level of ownership, attention to detail, and flexibility.
Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Support
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions and services.
Lead technical discovery sessions to assess current infrastructure, identify pain points, and define desired business outcomes.
Create and deliver engaging technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and product walkthroughs that clearly communicate value and differentiation.
Solution Design
Architect tailored managed service solutions that may include cloud hosting, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, VoIP, helpdesk, and network infrastructure.
Develop detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), project scopes, and proposals, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all technical documentation.
Customer Consultation
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospective and existing clients, providing expert guidance on best practices, architecture, and strategic IT planning.
Address technical questions and objections throughout the sales cycle, ensuring customer confidence in proposed solutions.
Internal Collaboration
Partner with sales, marketing, development, and support teams to ensure seamless project handoff and successful implementation of solutions.
Provide field feedback to enhance service offerings, identify new opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Post-Sales Involvement
Support client onboarding as needed to ensure the accurate implementation of technical components.
Assist with support requests and issue resolution when necessary.
Maintain ongoing relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities for optimization and upselling.
Deliver quarterly reports (QBR’s) and product updates to clients to reinforce value and foster long-term partnerships.
Product Knowledge & Development
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and vendor solutions relevant to managed services.
Participate in ongoing vendor training, certifications, and professional development to maintain technical credibility and expertise.
Represent the company with professionalism in all customer and team interactions. Contribute ideas and initiatives that support corporate goals and growth objectives.
Perform other duties and occasional travel as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Combination of certifications such as SSCP, CCNA, CISSP, CISM, CISA, OSCP, and/or CompTIA Pen Test. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Working experience with PaX8, NinjaOne, SentinalOne, Ironscales, Blackpoint, Bitwarden, Nordlayer or similar products preferred. Self-starter mentality with a results-driven and accountable work ethic.
