Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative UX UI Designer for Applications to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in shaping the user experience and interface design for our applications, particularly in the e-commerce sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both UX and UI design, with proficiency in various design tools and methodologies. You will collaborate closely with product development teams to create engaging, user-friendly designs that meet business requirements and enhance user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and gather requirements to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Develop responsive web designs that ensure usability across mobile devices.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to implement designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Conduct usability testing and A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness.
• Analyze user feedback and web analytics data to refine designs continuously.
• Ensure adherence to web accessibility standards and best practices in interaction design.
• Participate in Agile development processes to align design efforts with product development timelines.

Experience

• Proven experience in UX/UI design for applications, particularly in e-commerce environments.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in front-end development technologies including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with data visualization techniques and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with design thinking principle
• Knowledge of motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and experience working with SQL databases is advantageous.

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
