Responsibilities
- Work with the Nongshim Korea headquarters to conceptualize design, implement, and develop a solution for complex/ programs
- Codes and programs enhancements, updates, and changes for portions and subsystems of systems software, including operating systems, compliers, networking, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools
- Executes established test plans and protocols for assigned portions of code; identifies, logs, and debugs assigned issues.
- Document system builds and application configurations; maintain and update documentation as needed
- Provide support for IT Network and Systems infrastructure including day-to day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for corporate offices
- Support implementation of addition, deletions, upgrades and modifications to organization's IT infrastructure
- Provide support diagnosing and resolving any potential network and hardware issues
- Assist in administering Cisco VoIP phone system
- Assist end users through Help Desk ticketing system
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience
- Bilingual Korean and English required
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred
- Ability to work comfortably in UNIX an Linux
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Experience with Java or other programming languages preferred
- Experience developing desktop or server-side applications or software for embedded systems
- Familiarity with hardware & software installations, updates & upgrades
- Experience in Microsoft Office 365 administration
- Knowledge of Cisco Switches/ Routers and VoIP system is a plus
- Basic TCP/IP network connectivity troubleshooting
- Experience with server virtualization and SAN knowledge a plus
