Job description

About Liberty Financing

Liberty Financing is a fast growing fintech style mortgage company built on excellent service, modern technology, and a relentless focus on growth. We have experienced outstanding success and preparing for nationwide expansion which is expected to place us among the top 100 mortgage lenders nationally.

We’ve invested heavily in our systems and automations to build a platform that outperforms the largest lenders and our toughest competitors. Now we’re looking for a Lead Salesforce & Systems Administrator to learn, maintain and advance the systems that have been built so far.

Role Overview

You will be the owner of our internal systems stack, with a heavy focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud and its many moving parts. This is part Salesforce Admin/Developer, part Business Systems Analyst, and part Solutions Architect role.

You’ll take over the responsibilities currently handled directly by the founder and will help build from the ground up at an already successful company. This is a unique and rare opportunity at the early stages of a fast growing company for the career of a lifetime. This role offers outstanding income growth potential and a path to an executive leadership position as our tech team grows.

This is a hands-on builder role, not a ticket-closer role. You’ll be tasked with business objectives and be expected to know how to build it or to find out how and own the solution. We're looking for the right person who can grow with our company as this role will include attractive production bonuses, profit sharing and equity opportunities in addition to a path to earning over $250k+ annually as the head of our tech department.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day Salesforce administration across multiple clouds.
  • Design and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and permission sets.
  • Build and refine Flows (screen, record-triggered, scheduled).
  • Work with Apex classes, triggers, and custom code.
  • Build and maintain reports, lists and dashboards.
  • Management of 3rd party and custom API integrations.
  • General oversight and administration of all company systems and software.
  • Turn business processes into documented workflows.
  • Advance the use of AI and automation to reduce manual work.
  • Create internal how-to docs and train users on new tools, processes, and screens.
  • Work with external vendors, providers and partners as needed.
  • Provide support and guidance to users (onboarding, troubleshooting).

Must-Have Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years in a Salesforce Admin / Developer type role (Sales Cloud experience required).
  • Creating and refining complex Salesforce Flows.
  • LWC, custom objects, page designs, list views, field formulas and validation rules.
  • User management, approval processes, sharing rules and permission sets.
  • Custom report types, summary formulas, dashboards and charts.
  • Custom API integrations with 3rd party systems.

Nice-to-Have

  • Apex basics (reading and editing classes/triggers)
  • Experience with VisualForce pages, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Experience with Pardot, Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud
  • Salesforce Certifications for Administration and/or Development
  • Desire to be a leader, innovator and pioneer within a tech-forward org
  • Prior experience as a solo admin or IT manager

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • You’ll quickly grow into the head architect of our systems.
  • Very high executive-like bonus income incentives as you'll receive uncapped additional compensation based on company growth, revenue and volume.
  • Founded by a fintech leader that invests in modern tools, automation and AI to move faster and reduce busywork.
  • As we scale, this role can grow into Director,Head of Technology or CTO executive position with teams under you.
  • Work closely with the owner and leadership as your ideas will be heard and acted on.
