About You

• You have hands on experience with Microsoft 365 admin, user tools and process automation.
• You have strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• You have the ability to work independently and implement solutions with existing systems.
• You ideally have project coordination or IT support experience.
• You ideally have familiarity with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, NIST).
• You have certifications in Microsoft technologies or IT support (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)
• You have experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central, Dynamics 365) and SaaS integration.
• You have knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in business intelligence.
• You ideally have experience in BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and data visualization best practices.

What You Get to Do Each Day

• You get to execute IT-related process improvements across departments.
• You are responsible for advancing the organization's business intelligence strategy.
• Provide direct day-to-day contact with service providers, and coordinate help desk operations, while also leading the development of Microsoft 365 and SaaS solutions.
• You get to be hands-on, with a focus on operational execution, training development and cross-departmental support.
