Job Posting: IT Specialist

We're looking for an IT Specialist to join our team and help develop and support the technology that powers our quick-service restaurants. You'll work directly with the Emerging Technologies leader to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure with the goal of implementing “technology with sense”. Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for our IT infrastructure, including servers and desktops.
• Manage and maintain our Windows and Microsoft SQL platforms.
• Support network and infrastructure to ensure seamless, intuitive user experiences.
• Assist in the implementation of new technology projects, leveraging your project management skills.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Utilize your knowledge of Microsoft .NET, JSON, and SOAP to develop and maintain systems.
• Work with Oracle systems, which are essential to our business operations.

Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science is required.
• Technical Skills:
• Vast knowledge of the Windows platform, including server and desktop environments.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET, JSON, and SOAP.
• Experience in Oracle Systems is desirable.
• Strong skills in infrastructure and networking.
• Professional Skills:
• Demonstrated project management skills are required.
• Knowledge of ITIL is desirable.
• Industry Knowledge:
• Experience in the quick-service restaurant industry is highly desirable.
• Personal Skills:
• Must be bilingual, fluent in both, Spanish and English, spoken and written.
• Self-driven, passionate about new technologies with a keen eye on applicability, practicality and return on investment.
