Job description
Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented Data Scientist to join our growing dynamic team! The Data Scientist reports to the Vice President of Information Technology. This position will join our newly formed data analytics team and contribute to data-driven initiatives focusing on Mission outcomes. The Data Scientist will analyze large datasets, build predictive models, and generate actionable insights that drive business strategies and operational improvements. The person will work closely with various teams to help make data-informed decisions aligned with the organization's goals.
