What You’ll Do Lead & Innovate
- Guide, mentor, and inspire a team of developers to build best-in-class software.

- Provide hands-on technical expertise and strategic direction.
Build & Optimize
- Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high development standards.
Manage & Deliver
- Define project requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
- Break down complex challenges into manageable tasks.
- Oversee timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Enhance & Evolve
- Stay ahead of industry trends and implement cutting-edge technologies.
- Drive adoption of best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud computing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
What You Bring Experience & Education
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years in a B2C healthcare, telehealth, or direct-to-patient role
Technical Skills
- Expertise in PHP, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks (React, Angular).
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
- Passion for problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
