Summary
Bayer Interior Woods seeks an IT Professional experienced in system support, setup capabilities, and maintaining network servers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support user setup and maintenance for unique departments, applications, operating systems, user access, and remote connections.
- Install, configure, and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Implement network security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
- Maintain network documentation and diagrams.
- Coordinate with IT security teams to prevent breaches and ensure compliance.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery tests.
- Experience working in a manufacturing facility is also a big plus.
- Enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Education
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Networking, Cyber Security, Information Systems, Computer Sciences, or related field.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with Cyncly 2020, CAD, Cabinet Vision, and Meraki.
